Police Constable Selection Process: A Step by Step
- Preliminary Screening:
In the first stage, online applied candidates will be preliminary screened and selected for Physical Endurance Test (PET). Selected candidates will be informed through SMS to their mobile number. Mobile number must be active and candidates should follow the instruction immediately, including reading the SMS. Admit Card for PET will be downloadable from http://police.teletalk.com.bd with User ID and Password.
- Physical Measurement, Document Verification, PET:
Candidates who will be selected in police constable preliminary screening will participate in 2nd stage which includes Physical Measurement, Document Verification and comprehensive Physical Endurance Test including running, push-ups, long-jump, high-jump, dragging and rope climbing. A video guide of Physical Endurance Test is available on official YouTube and Facebook page.
- Written Test:
Candidates who will pass Police constable PET and meet the physical standard will sit for written test which will be held on Bengali, English, General Mathematics and General Science. Written test fee will be deposited through SMS from a Teletalk pre-paid mobile number. Admit card will be collected by following the instruction mentioned in Police constable job circular 2024 notice.
- Psychological and Oral Test:
Those who will pass the written test will move to psychological and oral test which is 15 marks. Test date will be mentioned in Police Constable Circular 2024.
- Primary Selection:
